I adore Dr Reinbold. She listens. I never feel rushed. Everyone in her office is so friendly, absolutely amazing, and considerate. They always remember me. On a scale of 1 to 5, I KD give fee and her people a 45.
Dr. Reinbold is careful, considerate, attentive to detail and I know she always has my best interests in mind. She took the time to get to know me and actively listens. She and her staff are excellent health providers who establish strong doctor/staff and patient relationships. She is always open to my questions and concerns and honors my approach to my own health. I trust I am in the best of care with her.
Dr Reinbold is easily the best primary care doctor I have ever encountered. She actually takes the time to listen to you, answer questions and thoroughly explains her thought process. I have been seeing her for about 5 or 6 years now and actually sought her out after she transitioned from Aurora to Columbia St Mary’s/Ascension and I drive a long way to see her - but she is worth it. I have referred multiple friends and coworkers to her as well and they also appreciate her.
Dr. Reinbold is the best. She takes her time to make sure she understands the entire picture. I would highly recommend her.
Dr. Reinbold has been my physician for some time; in fact, I travel a good distance to see her. She has always gone above and beyond to determine what the best choices for my care should be, even when I was a bit of a "medical mystery " at one point. She spends the time needed to talk about what issues I may be there for, and she always recommends several options and never makes me feel pressured to choose one over another. I'd highly recommend her!
Dr. Reinbold and her staff especially Sue RN are absolutely outstanding.
Dr Reinbold prescribed me unnecessary medicine even after I told her that this kind of medications irritate my stomach ,I suggested a medicine that I'm used to which was always described by my previous physician and I told Dr. Reinbold that this medicine always works perfect ,but she insisted I have to try the new one.After I took two doses I got a terrible stomach pain and I ended up going to the ER.
