I truly trust Shannon Groves for all my dermatology needs. She is professional and takes the time to explain the procedure and aftercare. My only complaint is the staff the front counter (Mason office) are so unfriendly and unwelcoming.
My husband & I have been seeing Shannon Groves for 10 years and she does a thorough skin exam; explaining what each skin spot or growth is and whether it is of concern for treatment. She takes her time and answers any questions we may have without feeling rushed. We are extremely satisfied with her service and would highly recommend her!
