The “house” is/was charming and certainly not out of the ordinary for the area of downtown & no she doesn’t live there. There’s going to be many businesses in the historic district. No she doesn’t keep good records, I was SHOCKED to learn. I was satisfied with her couseling sessions but she couldn’t change my circumstances. My stepson has been seeing Shannon for 4 years and she has really been a tremendous help with his behavior issues. My family and I utilize the decision making and communication tools we learned through our sessions every day and the changes we have seen are wonderful.
I saw this "life coach" several years ago at her office near Grace Ave. And yes, it did appear to be her home. No biggie. Cliff Huxtable had his office in his home. I was sent by my job. They paid very good money to get me the help that I needed but never received. I was scheduled for 6- 30 minute (I believe) sessions with her. A least half of that time was spent waiting to see her.
