Shannon was very knowledgeable of the area, which allowed us to make the most of our days when looking at the various houses we were interested in. I was impressed with her professionalism and how she conducted herself when interacting with me and my wife. I appreciated how she did not try and pressure us into a house or barrage us with every listing under the sun, unlike other realtors I have dealt with in the area. Shannon Frenzen was a tireless and always pleasant under demanding requirements of a VA financed house purchase in a wide range of area in East Texas centered around Tyler, Tx. She also introduced us to the Zillow Internet system that was great for evaluating possible selection.
