Shannon is a really sweet person and she was an excellent choice for our realtor! She was very attentive to our needs and went out her way to show us lots of properties at our convenience. She did more than her share to make sure the buying process went smoothly and watched out for us. We highly recommend her! She's great!

Untrustworthy. Unfocused. Your property is valuable. Don't risk it with an agent who is all talk. I'm not sure eXp is legit after my experience with Covello.

Once the deal closed, crickets were chirping. Made promises she did not keep. Get everyting in writing if she promises you anything. Watch your contracts for mistakes as she lacks attention to detail.

At first she made many guarantees to close a sale, but unfortunately they went unfulfilled. She says things and then seems to forget or ignore for her own convenience. I would even dare to say from personal experience they seem intentional. Not ethical. It cost me money, time.

Disappointed. She seemed professional but then ghosted me after all her promises were revealed as untruths. She then was malicious and did very dishonest things that were greedy and petty. There's many agents to o choose from and I'd never recommend this one.
