I came to this clinic today for an extremely sore throat that I’ve had for weeks now. I’ve also been on antibiotics the whole time and my throat is getting even worse with unbearable pain. So I figured someone could help me or lead me in the right direction since I’m still not getting better. The DR that I got was Delilah Schnitzer and she was the rudest Dr I’ve ever had. She spoke to me like I was a child, looked at me the whole time like I was dumb, every time I would tell her how bad I felt, she would belittle me and spok... read more

They took VERY good care of my daughter ! Which included 3 stitches for a 2 1/2 year old for our visit last night! That isn’t easy work and they helped us get her taken care of and on the mend! And we were in and out in which seemed like a half hour! Staff was very on top of it, friendly and very caring and professional! Thank you so much! Five star ⭐️ forsure!

the staff was so amazing tonight with my Nemo. I made it in with him about 20min before they closed at the Northside one. the Dr even tho she had an injured leg and was in a wheelchair was so great. fast, helpful, patient, truly caring and sweet. Nurses were so nice as well. made my 6yr old comfy w his breathing treatment and medicine and my 5yr old autistic daughter even got candy and a stuffed puppy dog too.. thank y'all so very much! was in and out in 45minutes

I am here with my child who is sick and the lady who checked us in was very rude. When she would ask me a question, I would start to answer and then she would cut me off and ask another question. But Nurse Janie was amazing with her care!!!

Don’t ever go between 1130 and 1400. Seems like all docs take lunch at same time and the 15 minute wait takes 2 hours.

Felt somewhat sickish from returning from my mission work in Manila and Nepal. The entire process from registration, getting vital signs, seeing the doctor/nurse and getting a shot and prescriptions only took 1 hr 10 min plus everyone was extremely caring and friendly, absolutely the best service ever!

Why have call ahead service if you aren't going to honor it. 3 hour wait time. Horrible.

Wao, we've been waiting here for 3 hours without any hospitality or any sign as to when bro will be seen. So Much For URGENT right?!?!? There's absolutly nothing urgent about this place. Missed my moms B-day
