Very bad experience. Card wasn't even ready for sale for about a month after first contact. Kept calling for updates and eventually got back saying it was done Drove 3 hours to see the car. Car was ok definitely had flaws and 2k above market price. Had them value my trade in which they just seemed not to want to make a real offer at 1500 when cargurus estimate was around 7k.

Dealer wasn’t helpful at all. They kept saying “I’ll get back to you” then wouldnt. They finally sent me an email saying the owner had the car and they wouldn’t return it for another week. That’s how they lost my business. Giving two stars because the sales person I talked to was polite and could only work with the info he had.
This was clearly the best automobile experience I've had when purchasing a vehicle. Shannon Auto clearly understands customer service as well as being outstanding hosts. There commitment to car buying as a dealer was invaluable. They treated me with genuine care from the owner, to the finance officer, down to the salesperson. I cannot express enough what an excellent dealership Shannon Auto sales has been to me!
