Dealer was very responsive both by phone and email. Car was in condition described in listing. I am enormously pleased with my purchase.
I had an amazing experience here the salesman was very polite and professional. They had no problems helping me and negotiating the car. I would definitely shop here again
Dealer wasn’t helpful at all. They kept saying “I’ll get back to you” then wouldnt. They finally sent me an email saying the owner had the car and they wouldn’t return it for another week. That’s how they lost my business. Giving two stars because the sales person I talked to was polite and could only work with the info he had.
This was clearly the best automobile experience I've had when purchasing a vehicle. Shannon Auto clearly understands customer service as well as being outstanding hosts. There commitment to car buying as a dealer was invaluable. They treated me with genuine care from the owner, to the finance officer, down to the salesperson. I cannot express enough what an excellent dealership Shannon Auto sales has been to me! We have purchased 13 vehicles in our household from this dealership and they always provided customer service like you are part of their family! Dwayne and his staff are all professional, and again treat you as a family member! Their communication is exemplary whether it was via text, email, or phone! My contacts them several times. Was interested in the car. But they never followed up and got back with me. I believe it was a salesman himself to just didn't respond.
Called before we made the drive to Fredericksburg (about an hour away). We specifically asked about damage to the vehicle and we were told it had no damage, etc. When we got there, we noticed significant front end damage. Oh, and, the best part is when we went to look at the interior, it was dirty, still had the former owners stuff in it, and had MAGGOTS in the floor board. You don’t believe me, we took pictures.
