Whenever I have to wait in a waiting room a while, I always look forward to at least being able to read their magazines, but not here. With the constant elevator quality music that agitates (instead of calms), I think I slowly lose more and more of my mind the longer I wait (usually 45-60 min). I don't think any psychiatrist should use foul language around their clients, and I didn't appreciate that they did. It wasn't excessive, but it was still unprofessional. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. I've been to a psychiatrist before that used a lot of foul language and it made me very uncomfortable, but they don't do that here. They were always very respectful and ... read more
