Shannan is the best. I'm so glad to have had her on my pregnancy journey and postpartum as well. She genuinely cares for you as a person, gives unbiased information and gives you the freedom to make the choice that's best for you and your family. A 1000x over I would recommend to any woman going though pregnancy. She's the best!
Ms. Healy’s bedside manner was outstanding. She was incredibly kind, considerate, and professional. We need more clinicians like her.
I am so glad I saw Shannan throughout my pregnancy! She is a fantastic midwife who is both very knowledgeable and incredibly kind. She never made me feel rushed, and always answered all of my questions. I felt comfortable with her and trusted her with my care. We would have open discussions about choices I had to make, and I appreciated that she was up-to-date on the latest research and would share that with me without pressuring me to make a certain decision.
Shannan is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly, especially as my first pregnancy. She made me feel at ease throughout my appointments that I had with her and demonstrated genuine concern for my well-being. Her professionalism and compassion were evident, and I felt confident in the care I was receiving.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Waited almost 2 hours to never been seen by her. Had me in the exam room bottomless for 30mins plus never got seen. Had me looking outside the room to find anyone for help. She didn’t care until she realize I was gone and was already downstairs in the lobby at check in asking for my copay back. This is maybe the 3rd piss poor interaction I had with an office where I just never got seen by any doctor and sat there.
