Ordered a hose for my pressure washer. Took months to get it. By that time I had purchased another one. Returned parts to them to only get a partial refund. Talk to a rude guy in returns. He told me there was nothing he could do. Don't waste your time or money purchasing anything from this place.
Foolishly bought parts for my Troy Bilt mower on troybiltparts-dot-com, which is a front for Shanks Lawn Equipment. After seeing the reviews on-line for Shanks, I can see why they sneak around under other names. The steering parts were worse than the years-worn parts that they replaced. I asked if they were OEM, as advertised, and for a refund or replacement with actual OEM.
