Always good and she has a great staff
So I was so let down!. I simply went in because after a long hike the side of one of my big toes would be sore for a couple days from the rubbing...wondering if theres something I could to do help. She said yeah you have wide toe nails lets do an ingrown toenail procedure...it's super quick and no drawbacks. I went in for the procedure and she somehow talked me in to now to both sides of both big toes..she said if you have to just wait for the recovery of one why not. Rude and lacking in bedside manner. She lacked respect and was dismissive.
Let's just say I hope you never have to speak to the woman over at Medical Records- WOW does she have issues. My husband is military, we are PCSing soon as a requirement of the military, they ask that you bring a physical copy of all medical records, so that is simply what we were trying to get, no big deal, right? Well, guess again! because this woman who was supposed to be "helping" him hated her job clearly.
