Best hotel lobby bar in Toronto, great piano on most nights too!!
This was my favourite hotel experience of my entire life! As soon as you walk in you're greeted with warmth, kindess and excellent service. Each day they left our kids little treats in the room which sounds so inisifnificant but really stood out. In addition, my toddler was napping when we had to check out and they allowed us late check out free of charge. The rooms are stunning, modern, and incredibly clean. It will be hard for me to stay at any other hotel when I'm in Toronto from now on.
