I’ve been a loyal customer to this salon for a while and have always recommended it to my friends when they were looking for a good place to get their hair done. However, after today’s experience, I will definitely not be returning. I asked for a more significant change to my fringe, but after the cut, it was almost identical to how it looked when I walked in (may be just about 1cm shorter). I even specifically mentioned I wanted it to be more dramatic, but the stylist claimed he had cut it. Complete waste of money

I got a haircut today, and Henry the hair artist did a fantastic job. He listened carefully to all my requests and made sure everything was just right. I showed him a photo of the style I had in mind, and he matched it perfectly, just like the model in the picture. Henry was incredibly patient and thoughtful throughout. His approach is both creative and modern, with a great sense of what suits each person individually. I really appreciated his attention to detail and trendy technique. Highly recommended!
