Excellent food and service.
My chicken fried rice was undercooked. chicken raw, rice muchie and no taste.
Eaten there for years. We missed last year. Went this year, and the food was a complete. disappointment. Poorly seasoned, overcooked. Heavy batter is not Asian cooking.
The food was good, but the service was so horrible it ruined the experience. We were nice assuming it was our server’s first day - if not there is a problem.
Not very happy with my order! I ordered combination fried rice and it tasted burnt and salty. Never had a problem with my food until now. Manager told waiter to tell me there is nothing they can do about my food...Geez I sure wasn't gonna eat something burnt so I just left my plate full ...It will be awhile of me coming back 😒
Ordered on line and had it delivered. No rice was put in the bag for the entree. Chinese food and no rice. The employees should take more pride in their job when preparing orders. Terribly disappointed. Will not be ordering from Shanghai again. I would not recommend ordering to go food, apparently they don’t care.
i LOVE the egg rolls, combination fried rice, egg fu young, and the hot and sour soup.... overall the new selections are good as well.. good food for the price range
Shanghai has amazing dishes along with friendly and courteous staff that treats each and every customer with the upmost respect...
Food was amazing. People were polite and very attentive.
