My half chicken looked like it was boiled and had some sauce put on it.. no color, no char no smoke ring.... that was not smoked at all

Never had a problem before but today you missed out on a order. Was placed on hold for more then 20 minutes. And when I tried to call back multiple times I just got the voicemail.
The potato salad is terrible. Brunswick stew is fair. Baby back ribs were good. I live close by doubt I will return. Disappointed. Go to clearview BBQ food is reasonably priced and always great. I don't think this chain restaurant will last in Columbus

Very yummy food and really friendly staff. I will definitely be coming back.
Was there for the first time today. I don't normally eat ribs because I'm not the ribs type. The wait for their ribs were well worth it. I'll definitely be eating a lot more ribs lol. Also tried the Big Daddy sandwich. Peach cobbler was the best I've had in years from this area. My family and I will definitely be going there more often.
