Took my son to dinner last night and had such a great experience! The staff is always friendly and provides great customer service, and the food is always delicious!
2nd time I have eaten there. Loved Shane's on Winder Georgia. Newnan Shane's dirty tables and small portions very disappointed
I’ve nothing but great experiences at this location until last night. I ordered the Friday night four bone special and only got 3 bones and the ribs were not what I’m used to eating from Shane’s. Also ordered 10 piece smoke wings and only got 8, I didn’t think about counting them when they showed me my order. When I got home I was disappointed I didn’t get all the food I paid for.
RecommendedWe had a mistake on a to-go order so we contacted Shane’s to let them know about our experience. After 3 years of coming to this location, it was our only unpleasant experience. The manager, Sam, was extremely responsive and accommodating. We love Shane’s, and this did nothing to change that opinion.
Ribs,wing all flavors are Great
We ordered for pick up.. we got one of just about each side, pulled pork, chicken fingers and ribs!! EVERYTHING was DELICIOUS!!
