Placed a takeout order over the phone. We were told it would be 15 to 20 minutes. I get there and pay and the cashier walks away. So I assume it’s not ready and go and sit down. 30 minutes later I don’t have my food. I go ask, just to find out my food had been sitting on the counter the whole time. I take my food home and my chicken tenders were overdone and my hamburger was under done (I asked for it to be well done because this is a common occurrence at this restaurant.
RecommendedChicken Fingers are awesome, and Wings are top notch! Very friendly staff. One of my favorites. BBQ is really good too!
Just passing through with my family to NH - we ordered take out from their establishment . Our order was completely wrong and the lady that took the order stood at counter with her lips tight - didn’t say sorry - just stood there. The other two girls - seriously asked us if we wanted what we actually ordered like if that’s an actual question. AFTER we already paid. I would say the SERVICE was despicable. But the food made up for the crappy service from their front end staff - so way to go to the cooks!
They over charged my account 2 weeks ago and I still don’t have a refund. I have gone by there and I have called still no refund. I guess I need to contact the television stations.

Picked up some food today for the first time. My husband and I both had 1/2 rack of baby back ribs, baked beans, sweet potato fries and onion rings. ALL WAS DELICIOUS. We have found our spot for ribs. Highly Recommend this place. Thank you, Shane's Rib Shack!
