I was a loyal customer until today. I went to use some points and get a cowboy burger and ordered two shack dawgs. The young gentleman scanned code off phone for burger. he said it was 8.55 he swiped my card handed me reciept to sign it said $18.17 he tried to fix it. The person that took our order was super sweet and tried her best to make this a good dining experience but the good service ended there. We ordered sat down and then we’re informed they were out of pulled pork but we could get anything else off the menu we wanted, until we wanted anything that wasn’t pulled chicken. great food but my ribs were under cooked and I didn't eat them. but everything else was good
I got a family feast delivery. Loved the food but there was no sauce and no option to order sauce on the survey monkey site. It made me sad. It was the only low point of the meal but at least I had Sweet Baby Rays in the fridge!
Tried Shane’s for the first time yesterday. The meat was so dry, like it had been sitting out all day. Only thing worth eating was the peach cobbler.
great food very clean out of 4 stars I give it a 5. Carlos assisted us he was great with a great attitude and a lot of fun.
