I would have until today. I will say the girl that waited on me was extremely nice however my good was not correct. One order was for hot hot wings and the other 2 were for lemon pepper. She opened the boxes and none were hot. She did exchange that. The other two didn't look like lemon pepper but she stated they were. I got home and Sat down and the wings were not lemon pepper and the others were not hot and no celery as I requested. I was very disappointed and use to eat there regularly but I won't be anymore.
Over cooked food. A rib shack should have good ribs not charcoal

Here is my take on Shanes Rib Shack. Chain set up but that’s OK. It’s a chain I would gladly rattle again on another day. I had the sampler with ribs & pulled pork. The ribs had a really nice bark on them but very tender underneath. The pulled pork was a notch or two above average. Would have preferred it to have come dry and allowed me to add my own sauce.
