Spend $25.65 for a hot meal and all you get is Cold food! No one in line so should’ve been Hot! Ribs cold, fries cold(sent back twice) toast cold and baked beans cold! Also ordered a fried Ck salad , Cold toast! What the heck people??? Your service of hot fresh food is gone! No more for us! Won’t be back !
If you like raw chicken and cold meat thats supposed to be hot this is the place for you!I ordered the sampler and got raw chicken( not in the middle but straight out of the fridge raw).

always delicious and generous portions
We order takeout and got back home and My ribs were burnt. Ruined my day. 30$ for burnt ribs. We will not be back or Recommend Shane’s Rib Shack in Rome,Ga to anyone!!
