Spend $25.65 for a hot meal and all you get is Cold food! No one in line so should’ve been Hot! Ribs cold, fries cold(sent back twice) toast cold and baked beans cold! Also ordered a fried Ck salad , Cold toast! What the heck people??? Your service of hot fresh food is gone! No more for us! Won’t be back !
If you like raw chicken and cold meat thats supposed to be hot this is the place for you!I ordered the sampler and got raw chicken( not in the middle but straight out of the fridge raw).

I was a loyal customer until today. I went to use some points and get a cowboy burger and ordered two shack dawgs. The young gentleman scanned code off phone for burger. he said it was 8.55 he swiped my card handed me reciept to sign it said $18.17 he tried to fix it. RecommendedI had the Lunch Rib Plate with coleslaw and Mac and cheese and wife had the Pork Melt sandwich. Both very good. Food came out fast and correct. We will be back.
