Service and repairs I have taken my jeep to Shane's ever since I can remember and have had nothing but awesome things to say about the service and repairs. There warranty is second to none and will always repair it under warranty even if i break it. I personally will not take my vehicles to anyone else. Shane and his crew are always honest and fair and never try and repair anything that really doesn't need it. Thanks, Kasey S.

Fantastic service I took my truck to Shane's automotive for an oil change and the service was great! Not only was it in and out fast I was notified that I needed my tires to be rotated, they did that with no questions or further price. Defiantly will go back for any problems that I have with my vehicle. Thanks Shane's automotive.

Thanks for taking care of my son My son took his very old car (89 Corolla with 280,000) to Shane's this summer because of loud exhaust noise and bad smells. The problem was a loose exhaust clamp. Shane's crew could have easily sold my son a new muffler and exhaust pipe, but treated him with honesty and integrity. $10 for the clam and the installation. they also showed him a few maintenance issues that he would need to deal with, and how he could handle them himself. Justine S. I have been going to Shane for over 30 years. He has always been fair and honest with me. I have sent many people to him and they have been equally satisfied. His employees are always helpful and have always answered my questions. I am a single blonde female. And yes an easy target who knows nothing about car maintenance. I have never felt taken advantage of or misled on how much I was being charged for work done on my vehicle. I highly recommend this shop for their great work, honesty and integrity.

Had a great experience! Needed a muffler put on no one wanted to do it asked around Bountiful tire said to go there had no problems, the customer service was great thanks Shane and Sean(Redneck)

DO NOT GO THERE! RIP OFF! Rip Off! My wife took our Audi for some costly front end work... they over torqued one hub bolt until it snapped and left the others loose (deliberately?). When she picked up the car she went half way down the block and noticed a loud noise coming from tire so she brought it back, they told her it was a bearing and would cost additional money. We needed help and they completly ignored us. So my mom's truck over heated yesterday. We drove it down to this shop and parked it. We walked up to two workers and said that we needed help with the truck. They told us to pull it around the front. So we did, we sat there for 20 minutes waiting in the hot sun (by the way I'm pregnant and it was around 102 degrees yesterday so I ended up getting sick.) An honest mechanic I used to go to Karl's cars on Highway 89 in Bountiful, but he retired 2-3 years ago. I have since been looking for someone with the same honesty and prices and thank goodness I found Shane.
