Walked in, first time visit. Scary, a full room of patients waiting. I had an appointment, checked in (very easy) and waited about 10 minutes then was called in. Very professional, the back runs like a clock. Had several tests or my MD problem. Dr came in within minutes, no hurry, very informative, ask me a lot of questions. I learned a lot and feel very satisfied with everything! Very much recommend DR Shane Theobald
