Shane was referred to me as a real estate agent to sell my house by a banker. I was very pleased with the work he did. He took care of having someone appraise the property, and finding contractors to repair damages the appraiser found. He was efficient and pleasant to deal with. He kept me informed of every showing and comments made during each open house. I don’t think I could have found a better agent to promote my property. It sold within a couple of months of listing it.
Shane Strouse made our experience as first time home buyers seamless. He was patient, knowledgeable, and he went to bat for us throughout the process. There were times when we were overwhelmed and Shane patiently and kindly held our hand as the expression goes. I recommend him highly to anyone who is looking for a home.
