I have a new vehicle and wore a black rain jacket when it rained. The dye bled into my cloth seats. I called Shane's Steamers and Shane came out to my job to see if they could get it removed. Tho they tried, the dye could not be removed. Shane did not charge me tho I offered to pay them. They are awesome. They have cleaned my home carpet and did an awesome job. They are an honorable company and do a fantastic job !!!

On Saturday I had my carpet cleaned by Sam at Shane Steamers and I was extremely satisfied. He was on time, very friendly, and did an excellent job on the carpet. This was my first time using this company and I am positive it won't be my last!
