Worst doctor ever. No bedside manner, doesn’t treat his patients with respect. Neglects medication prescription treatments. Doesn’t refill your medication unless you call in and beg for it. Doctor is way too old to be in the business anymore. Should retire. Front office is very dysfunctional and don’t know a thing.
Dr. Son is great! I just met him as my new primary care provider. He's thorough, listens to concerns, he takes time and doesn't just push you out the door. I also enjoy his humor, along with the front desk/assistants. All around great experience.
I found Dr. Shane through community members, and I was very pleased with the whole new patient process. I was able to get set up over the phone, and scheduled within two weeks of that. The doctor is thorough and understanding, and the staff (Khadijah and Khalisah) are a great help.
I got hooked up with Dr. Son through the VA. He's a community care doctor, which means as a veteran I can go see him instead of waiting months to see a doctor at the VA. I couldn't be happier. He listens to me, understands why I'm seeing him and is proactive about my care. He doesn't just try to through medication at the problem, but explores all options. I also like that I can call and get an appointment fairly quickly. His admin staff is great too. They go above and beyond to help you get the care you need.
Dr Son is our family doctor. My son and husband are also his patients. He is an amazing doctor, a super kind person, he listens without judgement, he has great empathy and compassion and you actually feel better after you visit him. I suffer from chronic pain and most doctors would not have the patience, the empathy and willingness to help like Dr Son does.
