I have not had a Dr. That i felt more comfortable with in 23 years. I trust Dr. Son will always be attentive to my needs. As well as the associated needs of each issue due to his vast knowledge! Great temperament! Makes me feel at ease. Thank you Doctor Shane Son
Dr. Son and his staff are very kind and sweet people, however, this office is not equipped to take care of veterans using community care properly. I was seen here for several years, and my referrals were repeatedly sent to the wrong place, medications without refills (or wrong doses), and so many other issues over the years. I have had at least 5 referrals over the last 3 years that I never got to use because they never sent it to the correct place, and trying to fix it was a nightmare. As good as any Doctor I have ever dealt with. What I really like about Dr. Son is that he has a sense of humor. The front office was sub par, but has improved quite a bit.
I really appreciate Dr. Shane Son. Very helpful. He takes the time to get it right the first time. My best primary care physician ever.
Fairly useless, avoid unless you have a lot of free time to beg them for help. When my prescription refills need renewed I know it's going to be a few days on the phone. Last 3 times I've had to call days on end leaving several voicemails and never once got a call back. Eventually I was able to get through and this last time they said they wouldn't unless I came in for another visit! Keeping in mind I'm already out of medication and on an emergency supply from the pharmacy I went ahead and switched PCPs. If my medication was... read more
