Dr. McDowell is the best dentist I have ever been to . I have had a lot of work over the years and the Dr. and his staff are all absolutely amazing. I can honestly say I looked forward to my bi annual cleanings just to visit old friends and get excellent dental care.
5 months waiting on a filling. Still non. Also not very good dealing with insurance companies. Then holds records hostage when changing to different dentist.
Had a crown installed by prior dentist pop off on the Friday night of a holiday weekend. Called Dr. McDowell office on Saturday, and much to my surprise, his cell phone number is on answering machine for "emergencies." I called his number and left a message. Within 10 minutes he called me back and said that he would meet me at his office in a couple hours. We met and he reinstalled my crown. Immediate relief. I will never change dentists!! Been with him for a long time. Staff is excellent!!
Everything about this Dr., to the Assts., to the office personnel are all “top notch” caring people that put the patient’s needs first. Very professional and caring environment! Highly recommend for all your dental services.
The first visit was friendly and professional with the entire staff. They are welcoming and put you at ease. The time taken in the appointment involved extensive X-rays for all angles, pictures, medical history and the exam of both teeth and gums. The work that may be needed will be presented in a plan for the follow up visit. I am looking forward to working with Dr. McDowell and staff on a pain free solution for my smile!
Fantastic Dentist. I had done alot of researched to find a Highly Quality Dentist, and Shane McDowell came highly recommended. I must say, this is the best experience I have ever had with any Dentist office. Fantastic Staff, and the personal attention provided by Dr. McDowell is beyond outstanding! I've been a patient since Dr. McDowell moved to Fort Myers. He is a very skilled dentist who keeps up-to-date on the latest advances in dentistry. I appreciate knowing he and his staff will listen to my concerns, explain clearly what is needed and what will be done as well as do great and needed procedures on my teeth.
