Great experience as always.
Dr. Costa is fantastic. I'm generally uncomfortable with medical procedures and I've had two fillings with him; no pain, no stress. The office is always inviting; love the upbeat (yet not annoying) music; organized staff (Abby is my favorite hygienist); they do a great job of making you feel comfortable and welcome.
Dr. Stephenie Browning was fantastic! Experiencing pain and discomfort over the holidays, Dr. Browning made time in her busy schedule to address my needs and provide me much needed relieve so that could enjoy the holiday with my family. During my procedure, Dr. Browning explained the issues she needed to address, illustrating my problems with pictures and x-Rays. Fabulous dentist and staff! I'm a very fearful patient, but after my appointments, I always wonder why I was so nervous. Dr. Costa and his staff are the best.
The employees ate very kind. I've been 3 times. Twice at the brambleton location and once at the other. The brambleton location is my favorite. The 2ND visit was to extensive work. I made it clear that I've had some very unpleasant experiences in the past and may be nervous. They made sure the pain was managed and I was able to pause and take a break if it was overwhelming. This is by far the best dentist I've been to. I hope this helps anyone in need of a good dentist. I've been blown away by them.
I missed Dr. Costa's presence in the office on my visit, but still it was as good a service as would be provided by another dental office. Still incomparable an experience.
The office is punctual and the staff is friendly. The hygienist clearly explained what she was doing during my cleaning. Overall, a good experience.
