After excruciating pain in my arms and hands a week or so before Christmas, I finally went to the emergency room. 5 Stars Plus!! Went to see Dr. Chastain after a weekend of blurry vision and not being able to lift my left arm over 1/2 way! Dr. Chastain saw me that next Monday and did X-rays on my neck. He called me in and showed me the X-rays and explained why I was having headaches, blurred vision, shoulder pain and stiff neck. After 1/3 of my treatments on the decompression table, my headaches, vision, neck & shoulder pain are gone and I can lift my arm all the way over my head. As for me, Core Wellness staff and Dr, Shain are # 1

I have to agree with one other review that was written. Dr. Shane Chastain's practice is top notch and his staff are great. Dr. Chastain listens, explains everything in layman's terms, and he checks with you to make sure you understand it. After 2 visits including the cervical decompression, my neck has gained more range of motion after many years of stiffness and pain.
