All the nurses and doctors that i have dealt with in the last 3 days have been awesome! Everyone was so willing to help me with my baby and my basic needs after my c section!
I can't thank the ER staff enough for being kind, caring and most of all LISTENING & BELIEVING me yesterday. The nurse practitioner was amazing. I have only had to resort to going to the ER twice in the past 10 years for pain, being I am under a physicians care for my illnesses that cause the pain. Being the weekend I couldn't get in to see him. I feel SO much better this morning and will now be able to get to my regular physician this week. I can't say thank you enough.

Shands is a terrible hospital PERIOD. They don't care about their patients. My mom got sent there due to her doctor finding an infection in her stomach. Said they was going to admit her until Monday. She has been there since Friday afternoon. They did a scan the same day and did not give her results for 24 hours. All they can say is her intestines is twisted, could be crohns and talk to her tomorrow. The doctor rushed out the room trying to get his rounds done. My girlfriend came in because she was very sick and pregnant. You guys need to abandon your ER practice of not taking patients back the final hour or two before shift change. Been here over 2 hours and no movement of anyone from waiting room to back to be treated. Y'all are worse then the VA
Worse hospital every! Been here for 5 hours going on 6 for the simple flu. They need to learn to get patients in and out when it’s something simple like the flu.
Everyone suck here. Nobody dont like doing their jobs
