Jamie the manager was extremely kind. The food was fantastic. The service was excellent. It was our anniversary and they made us feel very special.

Temper your expectations and you will have a great time. First, you will not be seated at your reserved time, so get there on time and be prepared to wait about a half hour, usually standing in the lobby or bar area. If you don't like waiting, get the first reservation of the night which I think is 5 pm. The service, food and presentation are first class. They will not rush you. I love this restaurant and the staff has always treated all of my guest's and myself fantastic. The food is great........ I love doing my "Singles VIP Social Parties" @ Shannon's Steakhouse.
Had a birthday celebration this evening. Lisa took care of us and she was simply amazing. Can't say enough positive things about her and her team! I hope to come again and have another great evening.
