If I could of picked a negative rating I would of. Dirty waiting rooms and bathrooms, rude nurses, and it took almost 9 hours to get a severely dehydrated patient with the flu a iv because they "discharged patients late" (said the manager when she came down to apologize to a standing room only waiting area.
Horrible place. I'm surprised they haven't been shut down. It's nothing more than a prescription mill. The providers are flaky and wont have your prescription ready despite the fact that they make you call FIVE days in advance. Providers have also flaked out and have not shown up for appointments and 2 of them actually quit and the people up front just kept giving me the run-around as to their whereabouts if they were coming back or not. Argumentative, orders unneeded costly test, refuses to give needed low cost treatments, and overall is a stressful and unhealthy experience.
My family doctor is a dean doc, so I was excited when I found out they are putting a hospital in Janesville.. I was excited until I had to go to the ER there. My excited died quickly. I had a terrible experience the first, second, & thrid time I went to their ER. There won;'t be a fourth. The Nurses were rude, & the doctor's acted as though they were secure in their jobs. This person could care less about what is going on with another human being. Disabled and mostly having no transportation or reminders of appointment times, unfortunately means this scrub will drop you without even the smallest care. Rude and clearly out for the just the money. Just another person from another country taking advantage of US Medicare, Medicaid and other insurance.
