I don’t think the people that work here know what they are doing. They rush through paperwork and then forget about others. They don’t know when patients should be there or not be there. They just need get things figured out. Their CCU department needs to learn how to deal with people who are in DKA if they can’t don’t send them there and send them to a hospital that knows how to handle it. Initially I had misgivings about going to this Hospital because I preferred one I was familiar with. However, with insurance being the way it is, St. Clare was the selected one. The staff I encountered could not have been more efficient, caring, and courteous. I had a procedure performed to remove a cancerous growth on my eyelid and all went well. Beware of getting a laser procedure from her. I received a laser procedure from her and was severely burned, which has been confirmed by several other dermatologists. I'm not having to seek a plastic surgeon to treat these burns.

Took my husband to ER late on Thursday, with back pain. ER Dr. Said he had kidney stone. He said if he stayed at hospital, he will be first person to get procedure done in the morning, to help break it up. So he stayed. I myself arrived early morning, to find out he wasn't scheduled til 4:00 that afternoon. I find this to be obsurd, 33,000.00 hospital bill. Why don't the er doctor pay for it. I can guarantee you that if he had not stayed the hospital bill would of been ALOT less. Watch out they'll lure you in to get your $$$... read more

Avoid this business at all costs- it is cheaper to go to an Emergency Room. My son was seen here for a 5 minute visit in which we were instructed to go to the Emergency Room for an X-Ray with sedation. Our total bill for only an office visit at the St Clare Urgent Care was $465. Our total pre-insurance ER charges were over a $100 less, including an X-Ray.

I waited an hour both times I went to this office. The second time, it wasn't even to see Dr. Dobbins, which I didn't know until I had already waited for an hour. Her staff is terribly rude and not helpful or forward-thinking at all. I dealt with an issue and had to call them once every few weeks/month to get any sort of update, and even then I had to pry it out of them, much to their annoyance. Basically, they're just terrible. A woman should feel comfortable in this setting, and I definitely did not find it at this office.

I am homeless. Destitute. I went without food for days to get enough money to pay for a $4 antibiotic prescription for my abscessed tooth; A potentially serious infection and enormous pain.
