Honestly, Shamrock Real Estate co on Van Ness was great while we lived in one of their units but have been extremely unprofessional with our moving-out process. They broke the law by not returning our deposit within the 21-day period. Once they confirmed the deposit refund amount they had deducted $750 for painting and failed to provide receipts for labor and materials which is required by California Tenancy law.
