I really liked Paula. She evaluated Mable and Navin. two year old Basenji's for daycare. She and Jack, her trusty Beagle were quickly able to identify Navin was the insecure and nervous dog, not Mable. Watching video of how Mable quickly began to play with Jack and another big Lab was amazing. Navin's video was very telling too. He was so consumed with her in another separate play area. Brought my pup for a grooming and it was the worst experience ever! Such rude service and hack job done on my poor dog! I had to end up bring him back the next day to try and have him fixed to look better and he came out even worse. Worse customer service by the owner I have ever experienced and now my dog looks like a lion! I finally left with him because he was so stressed out between her taking phones calls and grooming other dogs in between mine! I brought my dog to get his nails trimmed. they did a great job and we were in and out, we will be going back.
