I’ve waited a year to write this . This is my first apartment and it’s been amazing. The neighborhood is very peaceful . The apartment area is managed very well by Mrs Ebony and Vyron. The apartments are very simple but spacious, and very clean. great storage or space for washer dryer, and central air and heat. I have zero complaints. I recommend this for anyone if they looking in the chesapeake area and looking for something simple. Thank you Mrs Ebony for being easygoing and caring. I’ve been here for almost 2 years and I can honestly say that the property manager has been one of the best property managers I’ve ever had. Maintenance and the office staff are friendly and on top of things when there’s an issue. When I moved in, the process was pretty straightforward as well. Overall, it’s a decent place to live.
