Communication with this group is frustratingly inconsistent. The "emergency maintenance" phone number is a voicemail that actually instructs to leave a detailed message and "if we do not respond in ten minutes call back", to which they do not respond. Do better. Next day follow up. I finally got a response to my emergency maintenance message THREE hours later. Unsatisfactory service.
HORRIBLE! Unprofessional, unresponsive and either incompetent or lazy or both. The absolute worst property management company I have ever encountered. The response to a problem was “thats not our job” then when shown in documents it is their job “we took care of it” no they did not ever address the problem. We are paying for a very shoddy lack of service.
Selectively enforces fines on to those with disability instead of acting in good faith, they refuse reasonable accommodations to people whom have disabilities, and you will end up paying more in fines because of it.
We've been genuinely disappointed by the performance of Shamrock Community Management. There's a palpable lack of work ethic, evident in unanswered emails and a failure to complete tasks efficiently. Horrible company. Never replied to any call or emails. Often we would have to follow up 3-4+ times. We are no longer working with Shamrock and are so grateful for our new company. Save your money and time. Don’t work with this company.
