We've been genuinely disappointed by the performance of Shamrock Community Management. There's a palpable lack of work ethic, evident in unanswered emails and a failure to complete tasks efficiently. Horrible company. Never replied to any call or emails. Often we would have to follow up 3-4+ times. We are no longer working with Shamrock and are so grateful for our new company. Save your money and time. Don’t work with this company.
Terrible company. Don't sign a contract with them. 1: Refused to answer phone calls, despite their hours of operation 2: Refuse to respond to emails for weeks at a time 3: Ignores multiple requests for vital documentation, responses to financial concerns, clarification on upcoming meetings, policy information, etc... 4: Refuses to provide up-to-date information on HOA financial standings 5: Refuses to put in substantial effort to obtain bids for landscaping, waste removal, building maintenance.
