Terrible company. Don't sign a contract with them. 1: Refused to answer phone calls, despite their hours of operation 2: Refuse to respond to emails for weeks at a time 3: Ignores multiple requests for vital documentation, responses to financial concerns, clarification on upcoming meetings, policy information, etc... 4: Refuses to provide up-to-date information on HOA financial standings 5: Refuses to put in substantial effort to obtain bids for landscaping, waste removal, building maintenance. July 22, 2024 update: I saw a new resident using a door code to enter the building and asked where she got it. She told me the HOA Maintenance provided it to her when hers stopped working a month ago. I emailed Shamrock asking for a code, AGAIN, and they LIED to me and said they never gave her this and she must’ve got it from the old owner. This company is APPALLING! Getting a little condo with an HOA, which is essentially owning our apartment, was pretty much our only chance at becoming homeowners. We are thrilled to have the privilege of owning our own little slice of heaven but the honeymoon phase ended when we had to go to the HOA provided property management to resolve larger concerns.
