I recently had the pleasure of visiting Shampoo Hair Bar for the first time for a haircut, and it was an outstanding experience! The staff and stylist were incredibly accommodating, fitting me, which I really appreciated. My stylist, Andrew was really great. He was super sweet and friendly and very attentive to what I wanted. A team of professionals who truly care about your hair. I’ve been going to them for over 3 years and I’m always happy with the results. They have 2 locations, an excellent online booking system, and I love that I can read about each stylist before choosing. The pricing varies to fit different budgets. I absolutely love this place!
Danielle is a rock star!!! From consultation to finished appointment, Danielle was all in! I showed up with hair down to my bottom and left with a shaggy refresh that just skims my shoulders. She studied my inspo photos and the ones of me with a similar cut from a decade ago. Overall poor customer service and management. This used to be the best salon in Victoria but seems to have gone downhill. I wanted to book a cut and colour in early July. They insisted I do a consultation first which is fine. When booking I told them I wanted my hair done as soon as possible and was assured the wait would be short. After a consultation I was told the first available appointment with that stylist was in over a month but would be faster with another stylist.
