Overall poor customer service and management. This used to be the best salon in Victoria but seems to have gone downhill. I wanted to book a cut and colour in early July. They insisted I do a consultation first which is fine. When booking I told them I wanted my hair done as soon as possible and was assured the wait would be short. After a consultation I was told the first available appointment with that stylist was in over a month but would be faster with another stylist. I had a fantastic experience at Shampoo Hair Bar - I felt so comfortable and relaxed, it's a lovely space. Georgia did a wonderful job on my hair, I love the bob that she gave me. Thanks so much!
