Lack of follow up via Kari. Not impressed at all. Scheduled multiple times and each appointment was canceled due to stylist quitting and then an illness. I understand those circumstances. I asked for a phone call via Kari to discuss options and was told she’d call after last appointment. It’s been multiple days and still no word.
Love this salon!! Josh has been cutting and styling my hair for several years and he’s amazing!! �
