Since the new updates the water pressure isn’t as good, the system goes too fast and doesn’t get everything, and the dryers are awful for bigger SUVs. The increase in price is fine if the new system would be better. Should look into slowing down the motor a little to allow for soap to wash off better and increasing your dryer time. I took my car through there after they had everything set up but had to go through 2 times in order to clean the back of my car(2nd time they paid for because they saw it didn’t clean my car). I always used them...until the recent upgrades. I have been twice and paid the increase in price. Both times my vehicle was not cleaned. Before the upgrades my car would shine. After the upgrades I am left with residue all over the front end (and I took pictures to show the residue). UPDATE: to prove how much they value customers, they are going to correct my issue.
