They do not call you back I have been waiting for a call back over a week for my glasses no stars
If I could give zero I would. I called on behalf of my mother on three separate occasions and no one answered the phone. I then received a text response and after giving them the authorization number they said they weren't contracted. Getting this information took almost an hour. Unhelpful and huge waste of time!

My primary care doctor and insurance company sent an authorization to them for my first visit as a new patient. I called them on three occasions and left messages no one returned my calls. After trying numerous calls over the next two days hoping to get a person to answer the phone I quit trying. I have requested another eye care doctor having notified my insurance and primary doctor of my experience.
