Not a great experience. It is un respectful when most of the time when I come in, the receptionists are gossiping and I have to wait to check in. I will appreciate if the receptionist attend the patients when they arrive. Thank you.

They do not call you back I have been waiting for a call back over a week for my glasses no stars
If I could give zero I would. I called on behalf of my mother on three separate occasions and no one answered the phone. I then received a text response and after giving them the authorization number they said they weren't contracted. Getting this information took almost an hour. Unhelpful and huge waste of time!
