He is a very patient, thorough surgeon who will take all the time needed to explain everything about your condition/surgery. His staff is wonderful! Very friendly and efficient.

I was very impressed with Dr. Bhullar at my first visit today. So refreshing to visit a doctor that is so personable. Dr. Bhullar explained my diagnosis and treatment options very clearly. He spent time with me and I didn’t feel rushed as is the case with most doctor visits these days. The staff is very professional, thorough and friendly. My visit was a very positive experience.

This was my first visit. Staff was friendly and nice. The office is very comfortable and the staff helped me relax through the exams. Most importantly - I felt Dr. Bhullar diagnosed me correctly and that relief from my symptoms will be achieved. I left feeling excited and happy.
Dr Bhullar was referred to me by my ophthalmologist after an episode of blurry vision. He conducted tests that showed a blockage of blood flow to my right eye. He then connected the dots on some other symptoms and deduced that I was having a stroke. He urged me to immediately go to the emergency room. It was there that they confirmed his diagnosis of a stroke. I can't thank him enough. He's great.
Treated for a torn retina from PVD. Very friendly office and Dr. Bhullar was the utmost professional with great bedside manner. Would definitely recommend him. Very glad to have found the Retina Treatment Center.
I have been seeing Dr. Bhullar for a year. He is THE BEST retina specialist I have ever seen. His professionalism, knowledge, and expertise is only outweighed by the size of his heart. Explaining your eye intracies on a computer screen is done in laymen's term, assuaging much stress. His staff, Wendy, Phillip and Harleen mirror his professionalism and heart.
I have had a problem for many years. I felt like I had an eyelash sticking me in my left eye. Not on, repeat, not one of the several other doctors that I went to could find anything. They all called it "dry eye". Within 30 seconds Dr. Bhullar found a lash in my left eye. What the hell is wrong with all the others? Should they practice medicine?
