Shamala Kanchan is hands down one of the rudest human beings I have ever met in my life. She seems to lack any sense of human empathy. The fact that she is in charge of people's mental health absolutely terrifies me.
I have been struggling since last 3 weeks to reach out to her as well as the other doctor suggested by herself for my prescriptions which she herself asked me not to skip ever……. She just bills hefty amount every single month without ensuring that the prescriptions suggest be ever sent to the pharmacy from her office. Not just that, I have never got any help without fighting for it except for the automatically scheduled appointments to shelve out hundreds of dollars. Dr. Shamala is a rude and very unfriendly unprofessional person to begin with. I never encountered her in person, but omg she has zero empathy for the people she’s in profession with. I called to cancel an appointment and she first of all told me not to call her like this to cancel the day of (and this is for someone with extremely high anxiety). Bottom line, if you’re suffering from any form of mental illness DO NOT GO TO HER SHES RUDE AND LACKS COMPASSION AND EMPATHY IN HER VOICE AND ATTITUDE! WRONG EFFINF PROFESSION LADY!
