My experience as a client with Shalom Home Health Care Agency has been very discouraging. When relying on home care services, especially as an older adult, it is important to feel supported, respected, and confident that your needs are being addressed. I would never recommend working for Shalom Home Health Care Agency. This was by far the worst employment experience I have ever had. Management consistently demonstrated a lack of respect for both employees and clients. Staff members are often spoken to in a rude, condescending, and unprofessional manner, creating a toxic work environment where employees feel undervalued and unsupported.
