Waste of money and time using these folks. Unsure they suffer from incompetence, lack of skill or both. Whatever the reason, there's a multitude of providers that can repair your A/C without wasting precious time or money in the heat of summer.
Called them and they came same day. Blanca was extremely nice and accommodating. Many showed up told me the problem and fixed it right away. I think it took him all of 30 minutes. Will definitely be using in the future
Our central air was not working good, so we decided to check out mini splits since that is what we had when we were living in Japan. I researched a lot of brands and checked out a lot of companies and got some quotes. I ended up here at Shalom. Of course I read all the reviews and totally understand why they are rated so high. Shalom heating and air has been exceptional! They removed our old system and all our old ducting and replaced it with new. The new system works phenomenally. Their staff has been out for servicing and everyone we have dealt with has been so kind, professional and willing to answer all our questions
