The entire staff went above and beyond with my sweet, yet very timid, dog. Thank you for your patients! You're all wonderful.
Dr. Anderson is awesome! Our kitty Shelby became very sick after being spayed at a clinic. She saw Shelby and we discussed concerns and Dr. Anderson came up with a plan of treatment. Shelby is now back to herself and I couldn't be more grateful! It is nice to have a team that cares about your furry family as much as you!
Shallowford Animal Hospital does a great job of handling our entire family's pets (and our family too!). They get five stars at managing all our dog's AND people's varying personalities with kindness, compassion, and thoughtfulness. Dr. Hermann does a great job of explaining what is going on and helping us find the best path to keeping healthy. We LOVE her and her staff. Simply amazing service EVERY TIME we go! Dr. Herman and her staff are the best!
We have always had the best of care when bringing in our fur babies. Just recently one of our pups had a reaction to medication and the staff helped me over the phone. They also asked me to call back just to let them know how our pup was doing. I was so thankful for their help!! It's obvious Shallowford Animal Hospital genuinely cares about its pets and it's people! We are blessed to have found them!
