My husband took our cat here because he was having some problems. My husband went on and on of how friendly and down to earth this vet was. They cared about our cat and even gave great options for treatment. We are so happy to find a local caring vet for our animals. Thank you Shallowford Animal Hospital for taking care of Simba!
Dr. Eads and his staff took care of my Yorkie, Hercules, for 4 days. It was a grim outlook and we didn't think he would make it but with their diligent and professional care, he beat the odds and made it. Without them, my sweet pup wouldn't be here today. Dr. Eads was upfront and honest and kept us up to date on everything he was doing and treating Hercules with. I could not ask for a better Vets office, and I will bring all the pets I ever have to his practice!
We followed Dr. Eads from Kernersville to Lewisville, because of his compassionate, quality care for our pets. He is also professional and knowledgeable in animal medicine . His staff is courteous caring, and comforting . We would drive across the state to have him care for our pets; he is that good!
Recently i had to make a tough decision and put my cat to sleep. it was so easy to make an appointment. They brought me right back and were very sweet. You could tell Dr. Eads and staff really cared and made the appointment, although very sad, go smoothly. I used to be a vet technician and can honestly say i have never seen a Dr. Care as much as Eads did.
Dr. Kris has always treated my fur family members great. He has been treating them for several years now. He speaks to them as if they were human, explaining what he is going to do and giving assurance while doing it. Thanks Dr. Kris for being the best. Hurley and Remi
