Absolutely horrible. Do not rent from them me and my mother have a unit with them. I had the smallest temperature controlled one started off with 60 something a month now they’re charging me 130. They just keep going up and up and up. They do whatever they want they don’t care they have no explanation for anything and do not tell you or communicate ! Horrible I’ll be making sure to take out our units Please let everyone know it’s a scam
Rats all in stuff. I called and was told that I could file a claim for damages. I would be getting a call with a number to call. Never received the information after I called multiple times.
