I made a reservation with this people 1 month in advance, send different pictures of what I want to do in my hair for a wedding , when I get to the salon the only person what’s there only said I can not do it. What a bad experience, the worst customer service. Be carful with this people.
I do not know where to start… The pictures show what this place did to my 16 yr old daughter. Not once did they reach out to me after I contacted them about what was going on. It was my daughter’s first time doing anything to her hair. My daughter has had to endure so much pain because of their negligence. I have spent so much money due to their mistake.
