just had my hair done. decided to completely change my hair color from dark to Auburn. Marlene did a fantastic job with the color as usual. I have been going to Marlene about 6yrs and I have never been disappointed. she is an expert. absolutely love her and I highly recommended her. very satisfied.

I had a massage scheduled today, an hour ago at Shalis Salon/Spa. I scheduled the massage about 2 weeks ago over the phone with Maria. I called the salon today 2 hours before the appointment to confirm the appointment, which was confirmed. I arrived at the salon for my massage & they did not have me scheduled and Maria was in the room with another client. I have never had a more unprofessional experience and they didn't even tell me 'sorry'. AWFUL!
